Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base

  • 1 packet frozen unsweetened açaí puree
  • 1/2 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup guava puree or fresh guava
  • 1/2 frozen banana sliced
  • 3/4 cup coconut water or coconut milk for extra richness
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional for sweetness

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 handful fresh spinach for extra greens
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds for added protein

Instructions
 

  • Peel and slice your banana and avocado. Slightly soften your frozen açaí packet by running it under warm water for 10 seconds.
  • Add coconut water to the blender first, followed by the açaí, guava, banana, avocado, and protein powder. Add chia seeds and optional extras if using.
  • Blend on low speed first, then increase to high, blending for about 45–60 seconds until thick, creamy, and smooth.
  • Taste and adjust: add a teaspoon of raw honey if you want a touch more sweetness. If too thick, add a splash more coconut water and blend briefly.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately, or store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
