  • 0.25 cup Baileys Irish Cream Adds a unique, boozy depth.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Enhances the overall flavor.
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate Chips Optional for extra chocolate bursts.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.

  • Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • Whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, then incorporate into the melted chocolate mixture.
  • Gradually add the flour, stirring until just combined.
  • Stir in the Baileys Irish Cream and chocolate chips, if using.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
  • Serve at room temperature and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
